I had two doors replaced and some siding repair work. They did a very good job, clearly, this company cares about customers.  This was worth every dollar I spent, starting with the quote (clearly and detailed written), to planning and project execution. The staff is very attentive and detailed. The sliding door handle had a really small cut, and they saw it, worked with the manufacturer, and they replaced something I would not even notice. We had a problem with a supply line beneath our kitchen sink which caused some water damage; Character came out, assessed the problem, shared their plan with me, and before I was off my zoom call they had swapped out the bottom of our kitchen cabinet replaced the line! I’m not what you would call “handy.” Also, I’m a busy guy, I rarely have time to do home renovation projects. Super thankful for Character Interiors! I needed to shrink a closet in my kitchen since we bought a fridge that was too big for the original space. The Character team was able to get it done in record time! Everything looks smooth and you wouldn’t even know the closet was smaller without the “before and after” pictures below! Side note: I tried to drywall on my own  I watched some YouTube videos and thought I could do it…but it was over my head…literally…I needed the ceiling to match perfectly and couldn’t get any of it to look right. Character was able to smooth out my…ahem…”mistakes”, and made the whole closet perfect! Character Interiors has done a great job for us.  We purchased a home in Portage while we were living in Florida. We wanted to have a few things taken care of before we got here and they worked with us to get everything accomplished! Larry and John made our transition from Florida much easier.
